REFUND POLICY
The Original Vaccine Passport and Kayetriot Media offers full refunds on all products regardless of reason or condition as long as request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
DELIVERY POLICY
We do our best to get orders out within 5 days of purchase. However we can not guarantee a delivery window due to various factors such as inventory availability, shipping complications etc. All of our products are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking information provided at time of shipping. If you do not receive an order with 30 days of purchase please contact support to report the incident and receive a replacement or refund.
RETURN POLICY
Returns can be made by sending unwanted products to "The Mark Kaye Show 11700, Central Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32224." Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping and handling. If product is severely damaged a return is not needed for a refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel their order for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. If order has not yet shipped there will be no further action needed. If order has shipped customer may need to return the products upon receipt.
